Zumba

Bring your party attitude and get it started!!!

Cool name, cool moves make it the latest craze to hit fitness and dance studios. Zumba is the Latin-inspired dance aerobic program. It promises that anyone can learn the steps and have a good sweat, with specific exercises sneakily built in so that you barely know you're working out.

A typical Zumba session lasts an hour and incorporates several dance styles, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco and belly dancing. Zumba mixes effective body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow fun dance step. It maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.

Zumba facts: Zumba workouts are taught in 35 countries. About 1.5 million people a week worldwide do Zumba in classes or with a DVD, and more than 3 million DVDs have been distributed worldwide.

Beginners – Levels 1 and 2

Even those who think they have 'two left feet' can still learn to salsa dance very quickly and easily. In your beginner class with us, you will be taken through the basic steps and crucially, give an insight into basic musical structure. At Beginners Level 2 you will be introduced to the partner work. After you complete the beginners’ level you will be able to transition smoothly between all the 40 moves that you learned and will be able to follow your partner.

Before moving on to Intermediate Level, our beginners apply their newly acquired 'leading' and 'following' skills to short, simple routines and turn patterns, enabling them to hold their own on the dance floor.

Beginners often surprise themselves when they see how much they can achieved in a short space of time and by how much they enjoy the whole experience.

Intermediates

The Intermediate Level is very much about stretching our students converting them from basic dancers into confident and competent salseros. We do this by raising the difficulty and complexity of the moves, routines and turn patterns and by encouraging students to express themselves in a way that develops their individual and unique salsa dance style.

 

Advanced

Our advanced students work through complex routines and turn patterns that are broken down to their core components making them easier to learn and remember. This helps to develop their repertoire and confidence to choreograph their own routines - and also to perfect their styling ready to be noticed on the dance floor. At out advanced salsa lessons you will be thought many routines, spins, dips and lifts.

Individual Private Lessons
Want to learn faster? Our private lessons are specially designed to give you all what it takes to be a good dancer, from tips and tricks to combinations and style.

Group Private Lessons
Have a group of friends that want to learn together?
This is your best choice, everyone will learn at the same speed and at the same time. (Selection of Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, etc...). Everyone must be in the same level.

Dance Choreography

If you have any special occasion such as wedding day, anniversary, birthday or just a party, and you want to dance in a beautiful routine with your partner, you can learn it all with us. We offer special choreography in the following dances: Salsa, Meringue, Bachata, Cha Cha Cha and Rumba. The booking should be made at least 2 months before the event.

Merengue and Bachata

We teach these two Dominican Dances in our classes. They are much easier then Salsa or other Latin dances. They are very popular among the Salsa community. Most Salsa clubs play Merenge and Bachata.
