What is Zumba?

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance aerobic program. It promises that anyone can learn the steps and have a good sweat, with specific exercises sneakily built in so that you barely know you're working out.

A typical Zumba session lasts an hour and incorporates several dance styles, including cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, mambo, rumba, flamenco and belly dancing. Zumba mixes effective body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow fun dance step. It maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total body toning.


It's Fun...The type of exercise you'll want to do everyday and feel good about doing it !

It's Different....You probably never thought you'd be exercising to this type of music, such as Salsa, Merengue, Belly Dancing, Cumbia, and Reggae just to name a few.
